Managing Director and Commercial Solicitor
Andrew has over 16 years’ specialist business experience in areas such as Employment Law, Company Commercial, Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution. Before entering the legal profession, Andrew studied for a degree in International Business and Languages and worked in industry abroad for several years. He then qualified as a Barrister, before transferring to work as a Commercial Solicitor.
Andrew has vast experience of advising large retail clients, on strategic business issues. As well as undertaking business advisory work, he also regularly appears in Employment Tribunals and Civil Courts and conducts his own advocacy.
Out of work, Andrew is Chair of the Leeds Property Association which is an Association of Landlords in the Private Rented Sector based in Leeds. He is also a Trustee of Harrogate Neighbours in Harrogate which is a Registered Charity which provides care and meal services for the elderly in Harrogate and the Surrounding areas.
In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife and children and enjoys going to the cinema, music concerts and on holidays abroad.

Sarah is known for her no nonsense and practical approach to all employment and Human Resources problems. Since 2007 Sarah has specialised in Employment Law, advising both employees and employer clients ranging from small owner-managed businesses to national companies.
Sarah has experience in advising on a wide range of employment issues, from day to day advice relating to contracts of employment, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination claims and Employment Tribunal claims.
Sarah also has a wealth of experience providing non-contentious Employment Law and commercial Human Resources advice, support and guidance to Managers within FTSE 100 Companies.
Sarah regularly provides bespoke training to clients and Human Resources professionals, designed to meet their specific needs.
Out of work she has a keen interest in property, retail therapy and loves spending time with her family.
Director and Private Client Solicitor
Sara is a qualified Solicitor but she is also a business graduate with several years commercial experience which assists her to deal with the everyday running of the Leeds Office. Sara is known for her empathetic and caring nature when dealing with clients who have lost their loved ones and also elderly clients often taking on the responsibility of becoming their professional attorney.
In her spare time Sara loves spending time with her family, cooking and travelling as well as doing a bit of retail therapy.
Personal Injury Solicitor
He has spent his entire working career in law, specialising almost exclusively in Personal Injury Litigation and Family Law. He has a wealth of legal experience in all areas of personal injury to include in particular Medical Negligence, Industrial Disease, Employment Accidents, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents.
David recently settled a medical negligence claim for in excess of two million pounds but he feels equally satisfied when settling minor injury claims for just a few thousand pounds, particularly if it has meant him fighting to gain justice for his clients.
He is a hardworking and conscientious solicitor, but outside the office he transforms into a regular bloke who loves having fun with his partner and two children.
She has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property ranging from Freehold, Leasehold sales and purchases to lease extensions. When dealing with residential conveyancing Jackie ensures that the clients’ expectations are managed to meet their specific requirements and endeavours to provide an efficient and personal service. Jackie’s expertise and quality of service is evidenced by the number of clients who return to instruct on subsequent matters.
Jackie enjoys long walks with her dog and trips to Ireland, but her aim is to enjoy life, eat drink and be merry and to have a healthy bank balance on retirement!
Assistant Residential Conveyancer
She has worked in Residential Property since graduating in 2014, developing her knowledge of residential transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
She prides herself in offering a good service with a friendly approach to try and make the Conveyancing process as straight forward as possible for clients. She works hard to ensure that all clients’ needs are met and that she is available when they need some advice or reassurance.
In her spare time Kirsty likes to travel and tries to visit a new country every year. Last year she travelled to Australia and in the future she would love to travel to Asia and South America.
Private Client Solicitor
She specialises in Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts, Elderly Client work, Court of Protection work and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as Estate Planning for all types of clients including those with complex medical and social needs, the elderly and high net worth clients.
Nicola deals with clients' needs compassionately and with expertise and experience at what is often a very distressing time for the family. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, running and travelling.
Family Law Solicitor
In particular she has experience of dealing with finances ancillary to divorce and children issues resulting from the breakdown of marriage or cohabitation, including same sex relationships.
In addition she also deals with nullity proceedings, drafting pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and cases involving domestic violence issues.
She will provide you with specialist advice through the complexities of finances and children’s issues with a friendly and sympathetic approach to help clients find the best outcome possible.
She exercises regularly and likes to mix things up from boxing to running to weight lifting to keep motivated and achieve a good work/life balance.
She also likes going to the theatre and attending concerts.
Private Client Solicitor
After a rigorous training contract, working with the Directors directly, she qualified as a Solicitor in February 2017 and was offered a full-time position within the Firm’s successful Private Client department.
Laura now works alongside Director, Sara Parascandolo and Solicitor, Nicola Troyna and helps our clients with all private client requirements to include Will drafting, trust work, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Probate.
Laura is well known for her sensitive but friendly approach to her clients, putting them at ease when discussing potentially difficult topics. Laura is conscientious, thorough and provides pragmatic and cost-effective advice resulting in our clients coming back time and again for all of their private client requirements, and recommending Laura to their friends and loved ones.
In her spare time Laura enjoys spending time with her family and friends, yoga, travelling and sampling gin.
Private Client Solicitor
She also prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney for the firm’s clients as well as making applications to the Court of Protection for client’s who lack capacity. Lee is also an expert in dealing with the administration of estates and regularly deals with small and very large estates.
Lee is presently working towards her STEP qualification. She is known for her friendly approach to dealing with difficult and sensitive matters and ensures the job is done on time and to a high standard.
Outside of work Lee enjoys spending time with her friends and family and enjoys travelling. Lee also enjoys knitting and raising her prize chickens.
Angela has experience of advising on business sales and purchases along with general company law matters. She has worked for city centre and high street practices as well as in-house for a national housing provider. She likes to use all of this additional experience to consider the wider aspects of a transaction for her Clients so that the transaction is right for their business.
Angela also has experience in dealing with residential leasehold enfranchisement – either buying the freehold of a building with long leases or extending a residential lease. This includes extensions by agreement and through the statutory procedure.
She deals with all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold, buy to let, auction and investment sales and purchases. She also deals with title issues relating to voluntary first registrations of title.
Elaine is friendly and approachable and meets the needs of clients in a professional manner in what can be a very stressful time.
In her free time Elaine enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel to different overseas places every year and also enjoys the odd cruise from time to time.
